The next singles yoga will be an hour of outdoor yoga partner poses where we rotate partners through the different poses set in the beautiful alcove by the water fall at Crystal City water park. Please come with an open mind and willingness to try things outside your comfort zone, especially if you have not done yoga before. No experience necessary-you can learn!If the weather is in question, check the meet up message board 2 hours in advance to see if class is cancelled.
Invite anyone you like and bring a yoga mat, we only have a few extra. (TJ Maxx has them for $10.) The cost is $10. The last classes were a lot of fun!
