Come out and give runners a boost for miles 22 and 23! This year's Crystal Run features a family-friendly fall festival with a variety of activities including the arts and crafts with the National Children's Museum, face painting, moonbounces, balloon animals, circus activities and more! Roger Riggle and Kim Reyes will be doing their amazing face painting. Also, enjoy kid friendly music from Rocknoceros, Milkshake and Oh Susannah!
Plenty of free parking is available in the parking garage at Crystal Drive and 23rd St. Crystal Run is just a few metro stops from the MCM start and finish areas at mile 22/23 of the MCM course. Simply take Metro's blue or yellow lines to the Crystal City Station.
Trick-or-Treating
Crystal City restaurants are celebrating Halloween early and are opening their doors to trick-or-treaters watching the marathon here in Crystal City. Children can try out their costumes a week early and stop by the following restaurants for some treats, while parents can pick up menus to decide what to have for lunch.
