Crystal City will stage a series of 13 films - 12 Clint Eastwood Classics and one of two definitive genre creating masterpieces "High Noon" in the heart of Crystal City. Grab a blanket and a picnic basket and enjoy the flicks under the stars. Patrons can bring their own picnics as long as they abide by city and festival rules. Low-backed chairs are allowed, but grills, umbrellas, and pets are prohibited.
