Fit Week: Outdoor Zumba
Due to the weather, outdoor Zumba has been canceled today. The class has been moved to tomorrow's Fit Fair.

The Latin beat returns on Wednesday, May 4th with lunchtime Zumba, now in the larger courtyard area of 2121 Crystal Drive. This weekly class provides participants a free, fast-dancing class led by Sport & Health instructors and runs through the end of September. Participants can even grab a quick, complimentary shower at the Sport & Health Club before returning to work.
